1. Data Controller

Data processing is carried out by Pierre-Julien Harbonnier (hereinafter "the Publisher").

2. Data Collected

The Application collects the following data: Email address (required to create an account). Password (stored in hashed and secure form). Language preferences and learning level. Vocabulary saved by the user. Activity data in the Application (usage logs).

3. Processing Purposes

The collected data is used to: Allow account creation and management. Provide personalized services (translations, vocabulary tracking). Improve the operation and security of the Application. Establish usage statistics (in aggregated form).

4. Subcontractors

The Application uses Firebase services (Google Ireland Ltd.) for authentication, hosting and database. This data may be transferred outside the European Union in compliance with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention Period

Data is kept as long as the user account is active. In case of account deletion, data is deleted within a reasonable time (maximum 30 days).

6. User Rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the user has the following rights: Access to their data. Rectification or update. Deletion ("right to be forgotten"). 7. Security

The Publisher implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against any unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

8. Minors

The Application is not intended for persons under 16 years of age. No data should be provided by a minor.

9. Modifications

This Privacy Policy may be updated. The user will be informed of any changes via the Application or by email.
